An individualized assessment that includes an interview portion, nutrition portion, and biomechanics (posture, range of motion, functional) portions. It provides a comprehensive look at each athlete by evaluating their background, strengths, weaknesses, and long-term goals. It takes into account injury history, movement quality, and lifestyle factors to create a clear picture of where they are and what’s needed to move forward.
Individual Training

One-on-one coaching designed to meet the specific needs of the athlete. Each session is tailored through comprehensive assessment and ongoing feedback, ensuring targeted progress in strength, conditioning, and overall performance. This highly personalized format allows for maximum attention to detail, quicker adaptations, and a deeper focus on both physical and mental growth.

Remote Training

For athletes who cannot consistently train on-site, our remote coaching option delivers the same level of expertise and structure through digital platforms. Programs are built around the athlete’s goals, available equipment, and schedule, with weekly check-ins, video analysis, and performance tracking to ensure progress. This flexible option provides access to world-class coaching no matter where the athlete is based.
