Brigita Roemer
Founder & Head Performance Coach
Brigita Roemer is a high-performance strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience working with athletes at the collegiate, professional, and international levels. As the first full-time National Strength and Conditioning Coach for U.S. Squash, she developed and led science-driven programs that helped athletes reach historic milestones on the world stage, including multiple national champions, Pan American Games medal sweeps, and World Championship podium finishes. Her leadership played a pivotal role in elevating U.S. athletes into the top world rankings for the first time in history. Currently she works with 7 of the 10 athletes on Team USA including Olivia Weaver, Marina Stefanoni, Timmy Brownell, Salim Khan, Dillon Huang, Nick Spizzirri as well as a Team USA college player Caroline Fouts. Additionally, Brigita supports Matias Knudsen and Alina Bushman, both former Drexel Dragons with their physical preparation.
Prior to her role with Team USA, Brigita served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Drexel University, where she worked with eighteen Division I varsity sports and contributed to championship basketball and lacrosse programs. She worked as a GA at Temple University and as an intern at Princeton University supporting various Ivy League and DI Varsity Teams. She began her career at Inspire Performance Academy, where she coached and mentored athletes while also managing staff and operations.
Brigita holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. Additionally she is a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach recognized by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Level-2 Certified Functional Strength Coach, and a Precision 1 Level 1 Certified Nutritionist. She is recognized as a trusted voice in her field, having spoken at national performance summits, mentored coaches through the NSCA, and created the first U.S. Squash workshop dedicated to strength and conditioning coaches with the aim of bridging the gap between sport coaches and strength and conditioning professionals.
A former All-American high jumper and seven-time conference champion, Brigita continues to draw on her own athletic background to inspire confidence, resilience, and a holistic approach to performance. She is committed to training athletes not just for results, but for long-term growth and success as both competitors and individuals.
